Is there a register of lobbyists anywhere?
The equation is very simple:
Lobbying = Corruption
I'm reminded of RWs cliche, "Nothing to hide, nothing to fear", when advocating for tougher surveillance laws.
Not so much with open transparency for lobbyists, it seems.

Oh yes, I can see lobbyists chomping at the bit, demanding open transparency and the Speaker insisting "privacy" (secrecy)... *LOL*
"Transparency for thee, but not for me".
When the State deems transparency to be a one way street, the public should be asking the obvious: why?
Why do politicians want "privacy" (aka, secrecy) for lobbyists? What is so sensitive that we cannot ber trusted with the information?
The answer seem obvious: vested interests have demanded secrecy.
