Thanks Frank. It’s ALWAYS about privatisation then financialisation - money stream for the rich. It’s a weird world when Winnie might be our saviour - watch for a (much publicised) hissy fit then an early election…

Indeed, Keith. It may be one provocation too much for Mr Peters and the point at which he finally decides 'enough is enough'. Especially if he's tainted by Act's agenda.

Meanwhile, Mr Luxon appears weak, unable to control his squabbling Coalition partners.

Curious... if this were a Labour led coalition with the Greens and Te Pāti Māori, media commentators would be screaming that the government was "unstable" and "collapse was imminent". But with National-Act-NZF... *meh*

Comrade Frank as per usual well researched and written I particularly enjoyed your description of David lobbing grenades and staying on the front pages . Maybe he will lob a self exploding grenade that will destroy all of the publicity seeking nonsense the media and the ACT party perpetuate.💪

Who knows, Levi! One of those publicity-grenades may well go off in his face one day.

Thus far, whoever has been concocting his PR blitz has done remarkably well. In conjunction with an under-resourced media; clickbait junk-news (looking at you, Stuff!); and a post-pandemic public weary of political shenanigans, it's a tough call to 'out' his agenda. Probably not helped by the December-January hiatus when the Fourth Estate goes to sleep on a nearby beach, giving politicians free reign for two months...

That would be great news!! Worthy of a headline!!

Another very relevant post thank you Frank. Seymour has become very Trump like, I guess because the same source of funding and playbook - Atlas Network - keeps them both in power. Would not surprise me one bit if he pulled a stunt similar to Trump's damaged ear and then attempted to blame Te Pati Maori or a Maori activist so that he could keep his racist agenda running. Would be good if Winnie did pull the pin although lately he only seems to dislike anyone who asks him a question.
